Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their products sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Are Fellow Barber products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our product line is formulated with high-quality ingredients designed to be gentle on the skin. We recommend checking the ingredient list on specific product pages if you have known allergies.
Can I use my online gift card at a physical Fellow Barber location?
Currently, digital gift cards purchased on our website are only valid for online product orders. Physical shop services require a separate booking deposit or in-store payment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more international destinations in the near future.
