We want you to be fully satisfied with your Fellow Barber grooming products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
